To achieve our ambitious growth goals, we are looking for a dedicated International Sales Director with a strong sales focus to drive new business. In this role, you will lead four experienced sales managers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and you will be responsible for securing new clients alongside your team. You are both the strategic leader and the hands-on professional actively involved in the sales process and closing deals with major international clients. With your commercial drive and proactive approach, you will exceed our sales targets and firmly establish Tribes in the marketplace.

In this challenging and impactful role, your responsibilities include:

• Securing large international clients and closing service contracts for offices, workspaces, and meeting rooms
• Leading, motivating, and developing the international sales team in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
• Achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding our client base

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's level education, with a proven track record in international sales, preferably in the real estate or flexible workspace sector
• Extensive experience leading and motivating international sales teams
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Residing in Amsterdam
• A flexible, driven attitude with the ambition to achieve the best results every time
• Enthusiasm, perseverance, and the boldness to realize our growth ambitions
• Proficiency with Salesforce (a plus) and accuracy in data management
