As Sales Manager / Chief, you will function as Branch Manager & Salesperson and be responsible for our Tribes branches in Amsterdam from A to Z with a focus on generating more business. Through your substantive knowledge, pro-activity and good communication skills, you will advise (potential) clients and sell the office spaces in your business centre. You understand better than anyone that customer satisfaction is crucial for success. In this position, you also manage the centre team.

In this varied position, your tasks include:
Recruiting potential clients
Giving tours of your Tribes offices to potential clients
Closing deals
Managing, motivating and coaching the Centre Team
Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
Initiating initiatives (marketing campaigns, networking events, etc.) to increase the occupancy of your Business Centre

As a Sales Manager, do you recognise yourself in the following points?

At least 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
HBO working and thinking level
Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written
Flexible attitude and the ambition to always go for the best result
Enthusiastic, open personality with perseverance and guts
Precise and accurate with data processing
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
Our offer

A fixed salary of € 3.500,- to € 4.000,- bpm

A very interesting bonus scheme (average per month) € 2,000,- to € 2,500,- bpm
